Infants, Toddlers & Twos
We understand. It’s now time for you to think about having your child attend a “day care.” With this decision weighing on your mind, you’re sure to have anxiety about finding the right place for your most precious infant or toddler.
Preschool & Prek
At Alphabet Academy we focus our efforts on developing the whole child; social and emotional development, cognitive development, speech and language development, fine and gross motor development, as well as logical-mathematical intelligence, creative expression through art, music, drama, dance and nutritional awareness.
Kindergarten
Our all-day Kindergarten program is child driven, including elements of Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio-Emilia and outdoor learning while also meeting Connecticut educational standards. Students explore on a one and a half acre outdoor classroom adjacent to the Farmington Canal Greenway and expand their palates with Alphabet’s organic food program. Your child will make the transition from preschool to elementary school in a nurturing, creative and challenging environment.
